When my husband and I visited the Pr...April 9, 2010<br />When my husband and I visited the Preserve 2 years ago, we go every year, a herd of about 10 wild horses made their way to within 10 feet of where we were enjoying a picnic lunch. They came right up to John and let him pet them and stroke them! This was the time of year that wild flowers were abundant. the scenery was lush. And, no, we did not attempt to feed them. We knew better.
